The ShowRum Philosophy

When ShowRum was founded and ever since, our primary goal has been to elevate mixology as part of the gastronomy scene here in Hungary. And the path to achieving that is through experiences. Therefore, when it comes to our Signature cocktails, guests won’t just receive a glass as is customary in Hungary, but a comprehensive experience closely tied to the cocktail itself.

But don’t worry, the cocktails themselves are prepared with complex culinary techniques, each representing the utmost quality in the world of craft cocktails.

We have defined two main lines in our drink menu. The first one revolves around our 8 signature cocktails, each meticulously crafted using advanced mixology techniques to deliver the perfect flavor experience. These cocktails are accompanied by complex presentations that aim to provide an additional level of enjoyment for our guests.

The second line is all about exploration. Both in terms of spirits and classic cocktails, we have curated a selection that deviates from the ordinary offerings. Our menu does not feature familiar brands like Bacardi or Sierra. Instead, each item is composed of rare spirits, allowing us to introduce new tastes and experiences to connoisseurs of rum, whiskey, and other spirits.

Similarly, in the realm of classic cocktails, we have chosen lesser-known but characterful options for our menu. However, if a guest prefers a well-known cocktail, we can prepare almost anything upon request, as we have one of the widest ranges of liqueurs and cocktail ingredients in the country.
